Return Eligibility
At ELOVÉRA, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- All original tags and packaging must be included
- Proof of purchase is required
For hygiene reasons, certain intimate products may not be eligible for return once opened or worn.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Final sale items
- Gift cards
- Opened intimate apparel or swimwear without hygiene liners
- Products damaged through misuse
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
